Babi Kecap (Pork In Soy Sauce)
This dish is from my grandma. The original recipe will use pig's feet. I have toned down the recipe to be as simple as possible but still hold the same wonderful taste. In this recipe, I use spareribs but if you want to control the fat, feel free to use pork tenderloin instead. It will not change the flavour.
