Nasi Goreng Jawa (Javanese Fried Rice)
If you enjoy an occasional spicy food to give your tummy some variety, you should give this one a try. I prefer to eat this without meat. Just plain rice and some green cabbage and/or bean sprout and top it with fried egg. Some cucumber salad on the side is a plus.

Nasi Kuning (Yellow Rice)
The rice is cooked in lightly seasoned coconut milk and chicken stock for extra flavor, while the touch of oil in the coconut milk gives it a glistening appearance and keeps each grain separate.
