Ingredients
| 15 | white eggs |
| 1 1/2 cups | granulated sugar |
| 2 cups | all purpose flour |
Instructions
1. mix / beat the eggs with mixer until it raises the volume about 7-10mins (do not stop half way)2. add sugar (2 cups or depends on your taste)
and mix it with spoon
3. add all purpose flour (2 cups or more -up to 3 1/2 cups for thickness) and mix it with mixer until perfectly smooth about 5-7mins
4. pour it to 9" x 11" pan / desire size
5. set the oven 250F-300F degrees
6. leave it for 30-45mins (until i looks yellow brown)
7. take it out from oven and wait until it cools off a lil bit before cut.
