Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients

2 Tbsp cooking oil
3 cloves garlic
3 red bird chillies (divided)
2 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 Sweet Onion
2 Tbsp Fish sauce
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 cup basil leaves

Instructions

1. Grind garlic and 1 red chilli in a food processor
2. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
3. Add the garlic and chilli paste.
4. Add sliced chicken breasts.
5. Cook halfway then the fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar.
6. Add sliced onion and the medley peppers.
7. Lastly, add the remaining chilli and the basil leaves.

Serve it warm over white steamed rice. Enjoy!
