Ingredients
| 1 clove | garlic |
| 2 packs | pickled vegetable |
| 1 pack | tofu (firm) |
| 1/2 slab | baby back ribs |
| few thin slices | ginger |
| to taste | salt pepper |
Instructions
Bring 3-4 quarts of water to boil together with garlic and ginger. When water comes to a boiling point, put in baby back ribs until cooked. Cut tofu and pickled vegetable into good size and let soup simmer for about 30 minutes on low heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
