Ingredients

2 Tbsp cooking oil
2 shallots
1 cup Pickled Radish
1 tsp sugar
3 eggs beaten
1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce

Instructions

Heat the oil on a non stick pan. Add minced shallots and stir until fragrant. Add chopped pickled radish into the pan and stir fried for a little while with the sugar.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the soy sauce. Add to the pan and cook for about 2 mins on one side. Then flip to the other side.

Serve it with plain congee or steamed rice.
