Ingredients

misua
garlic
1 egg
vegetable of your choice and/or tofu

Instructions

1. Stir fry the garlic
2. Add a bit water in the pan (enough to make a bowl of soup)
3. Once the water is boiled, add the egg
4. As an option you can add some vegetable or tofu
5. When everything is cooked (don't overcook the vegetable though), you can add the misua
6. The misua will be ready in a few seconds so don't leave it too long in the pan.
