OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER
Enter as often as you like, as long as each entry is a clearly different recipe, not a variation of a previous entry. There will be one First Place winner and 3 Second Place winners. One winner per household.

ENTRY PERIOD
Contest starts on October 15, 2009 and ends at 11:59 pm, CST, on March 15, 2009. Winners will be announced on or before April 15, 2010.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
• Must create Teloor Account in order to submit entry. Valid e-mail address is required for registration in order for   us to send the prize in the event you win the contest.
• Each recipe must be original, authentic, and ethnic.
• User must have the right to publish the recipe.
• Recipe submitted cannot be taken or copied from other recipe sites. Recipes found to be copies of other   submitted recipes or recipes under copyright (found in print or on other Web sites) is not permitted. When   reported it will be taken down from Teloor website.
• Each recipe should have list of ingredients, preparation instructions and number of servings.
• Each entry must be accompanied by at least one original photo to be considered.
• Each recipe must be reviewed/commented and tested by other Teloor users. This is your chance to show off   your recipe to the whole world!
• Participants are encouraged to submit at least two (2) recipes.

ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open to anyone age 16 or older. Employees of Teloor, LLC., their affiliates and consultants, and their families, are not eligible.

PRIZES
First prize will be one of $100. Second prizes will be three of $25. For US Residents, payments will be made via money order or through PayPal. Non US Resident winners must setup a PayPal account to receive prize. Winners will be notified by e-mail. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes are non-transferable.

CONDITIONS
By participating in Teloor, LLC. Recipe Contest, you agree to release and hold Teloor, LLC. and its agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Teloor, LLC. Teloor, LLC. does not assert any ownership over your Content; rather, as between us and you, subject to the rights granted to us in these Terms, you retain full ownership of all of your Content and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Content. In addition, you give Teloor, LLC. permission to edit, modify, publish and otherwise use the recipe in any way without compensation.

Recipe Contest or any product purchased, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. This Teloor, LLC. Recipe Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Teloor, LLC. and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Teloor, LLC. Recipe Contest or these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the Teloor, LLC. Recipe Contest, including, but not limited to, selecting winners, will be made by Teloor, LLC., whose decisions shall be final.
