Teloor is a community based ethnic food recipe website. Teloor (telor/telur) means egg in Bahasa (Indonesia).
Why egg? Egg is an integral part of our daily lives as it can be consumed by itself and can be found as primary or secondary ingredients in many dishes.
Teloor started off of two guys living abroad who greatly miss the food that they used to have back in their home country. They are able to find some information about these recipes online, however the data are all scattered all over the Internet. They then thought that it would be helpful for ethnic food lovers community to have one centralized place to find any ethnic food content.
We encourage that you share recipes that are ethnic, original, and authentic that reflects upon your country and culture. We believe that food is an ambassador to a country, so let the world get to know your country through your kitchen.
